This individual will lead the engineering team within the Sure-Trac brand, including providing oversight and guidance as well as opportunities for development.
They will evaluate project proposals, to include process improvements, new product development, changes to existing products and resolution of quality issues to support continuous improvement.
The Engineering Manager will work closely with the Sure-Trac Operations and Quality teams to ensure we are delivering quality products with outstanding service.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field combined with relevant experience.
Proven experience leading a successful team is required.
Strong computer skills will help this individual succeed, particularly with Microsoft Office and other engineering software, particularly Inventor.
Local travel to the Sure-Trac facilities is required.
